Alritey, like I've promised..I'm to update the blog with details regarding the outing on next Thursday

Thus here it goes, I've discussed this current issue with a few of the maties, and have decided upon letting you guys vote if the outing should be a stayover[Wed night till Thurs] or should it be a full day event just on Thursday alone?
Cause not all of us are able to stayover outside you see... so please vote.

The IVP is on!
Back to sprints once again. Although its just half of 1000m, its just as tiring.
Look at the finishing line, race towards it, not even letting the word 'give up' go into your competitive mind.
Roar at your opponent and let them know that you mean business because you train to race.
Show confidence that you'll beat them.
Put on that mean face behind that starting line. Think of putting on that satisfied face after the finish line.

As you can see, our discipline isn't there yet. So let us all try to practice having more discipline by not joking, chit-chatting during training alright??

This Sunday, 4th November 07', the seniors and some of us will be racing for the Regatta Dragonboat Competition!
Let us all wish them all the best and cheer them on to help win us medals!
We'll be meeting at 1230 at RAFFLES PLACE mrt station.
What to wear will be decided by Captain Daniel on Saturday.
