Now that we're back to doing rounds, lets all work hard alright! Every training you've to tell yourself that you'll be better and faster than the previous training.

Anyway, we'll be heading down to town after training this coming Saturday. So, do spread the message around! AND AND AND, bring clothes to dress yourself appropriately for town aight? Thanks.
