So my dearest team mates, now that we have return to our usual basis of long distance rowing instead of sprinting.. how was it?
Fun? Tiring? SHIOK?
It was tiring and fun, well at least to me! Hope the above quote will motivate you even more to go the distance and push yourself over your limits, break out of your comfort zone, to a pace you have never gone before.
