Is your mind running crazily as fast as k2-3?

OMG! I was waiting for someone to blog something for so long, i believe you guys keep revisiting this blog and it seems so dead till you get the thought of giving up visiting this site again? If you aren't having that feeling, i am...

It just left with 5 days and 2trainings, to our big day "National Canoe Marathon" but now the name has been changed to Singapore canoe marathon 2008. Anyway, i think many of us are now quite or very nervous about it. But if you have been putting hardwork and efforts into the every training that happened, you are bound to be able to grab hold a medal=) If you have been listening to instructions and putting 100% into all the rounds and sprints, you should be able to tackle this race like a routinary training. Remember to try the breathing method "da-da" taught us to calm ourself down. Try what our holy man had told us to do before competition, to visualize the competition day itself to be mentally prepared.

Remember our wednesday training is as usual at 3.30. Remember to place your paddles back at shed 4 after training. Friday for those who are helping the porting of boats at seletar ,2.45pm sharp> Saturday 8am sharp at kallang MRT and 7.30am at our competition day!

Facts!
Carbo loading can be achieved by altering your training load and diet over a seven day period before the race. Moderate training and normal diet should be followed for the first four days. For the remaining three days, low to moderate intensity exercise and a high carbohydrate diet should be followed. This carbohydrate can be in the form of complex carbohydrates (breads, pasta, potatoes, etc.) or in the form of simple sugars (fruits, sweets, etc.).

Hmmm...Remember to let our muscles to rest well for the big day and start carbo loading already=) Rest good good=Muscle grow grow =p

I guess i will be updating real soon...haha. Good luck in carbo loading for now!
