Alright guys,
I believe things have been moving on fast. Many days and weeks of hard work on training have passed.
What's ahead for us is not just to train hard but to learn to have the right attitude and be disciplined in every moves that we're adapting now. Today, is the really one good example of us for not making the full use of this training. I believe you guys must have understood very clearly after our Captain Daniel has commented on our poor self-discipline now. To get your rowing skill right, stamina & sprinting and to keep improving on every steps that we're moving on now, we have to learn to be self-discipline on how to get all these right on hand. And our mindset plays a really big role, if you've ever thinking of you're too lousy, i think i can't make it, i think i'm gonna give up.. too hard. PLEASE, let all these unwanted thoughts be swept away from your mind now! You can't move on well if all these thoughts keep pulling you behind. If you want to improve, to be like how the seniors so endurance in their every moves, then tell yourself, "You're the BEST and you're gonna prove it all the way no matter how hard it is. Nothing is impossible unless you choose to let go of it."
And i believe in you guys, with all of our true spirit, how tough is the going, we will definitely make it through with our true hard work. We're gonna get this generation flows on and to be the most ever best we can soar! Go all the way, all our dearest kayak teammates! :)
