NYP kayaking, Juniors!

Hello my beloved team mates.

This holiday is a great opportunity for us to train hard and get everything right. So, I hope that everyone of you can try your best to come down for as many sea training as possible. I know it can be mentally and physically tiring but we've each other as support. We progress together as one.

Nothing happens until you make it happen. Believe in yourself and you will improve. It's all in the mind! Stay positive team!

NOTE:

There will be sea training this Saturday as usual. I will update the details tomorrow.

One last thing. The cutest boy next door suggested that we should go for steamboat after training this Saturday. So, please comment on the comment board NOT the tagboard.
