"Calm Waters Don't Make A Good Rower"-anonymous

My dearest team mates, Saturday's training was tiring wasn't it? 12rounds...with blisters and tiredness overpowering your will to do well and paddle faster? You're not alone, what you're experiencing.. the whole team is too! However, we must overcome whatever obstacles in our way and improve ourselves, thus becoming the strongest team amongst the polytechnics! Lets train Hard alright? As a team, we move on strong together.

Like what our captain have said after Saturday's debrief, the whole team is progressing well and its clearly shown that our strokes have improved! LETS KEEP IT UP PEOPLE! Regardless what boats/paddles you're assign to during training, do make good use of it and train hard. Prove yourself and you shall be recognized. It's not the paddle, boat or waters. Its the paddler which matters the most!

the cutest boy with the earth-full lots of love for the team,
-the boy next door (:
